Fitting it all together

Workouts here. Food there. Rehab somewhere else.

Your workouts

Learning each lift.

You’re learning what to do and how to do it. Each session also needs to fit your schedule and recovery.

Your food

Getting to know your food.

You’re tracking meals and figuring out protein. Your food targets need to fit the kind of training day you have.

Your recovery

Making room for recovery.

You’re working out what an ache means for training. Your rehab and workouts need to fit together.

You’re the one connecting the pieces. Polaris brings your workout planner, nutrition tracker and physio together, with one coach to help you understand all three.

How it works

Ask. Understand. Choose.

Start with your question

“Make sessions shorter.” “How do my food targets work?” Ask Coach about any part of your plan, in plain words.

Talk through your plan

Coach may ask a quick question first. When it proposes changes to your training, food targets or rehab, it explains each one and why it fits.

You choose what changes

Read through the proposed plan and its reasons. Nothing changes until you tap Accept.
